I thought I might as well start one of these today., considering today I have started my grain free diet and will need somewhere to vent when I am craving my pasta lol
I have been all over the forums and have written lots of stuff about me. I will try to summarise as much as I can here...
Effie, 23 years old from Sydney Australia
155cm (or 5'1'), 57kg (or 125ish pounds) (want to get back down to 54kg), 24.5%BF, can't really aim lower than 20% for that as I am trying for a baby.
Former bulimic - did this for over 2 years and I am proud to say that on the 9the of October marked 1 year of no throwing up
Work out 5-6 days a week. See a personal trainer Tuesdays and Thursdays (Stuart is his name)
Workouts involve running (I do small runs, doing a 5km on 8th November), boxing (I love it) and weights along with a few other stuff. Boot Camp is always fun but it has come to a point where it is too 'easy' Stuart is running one from his area starting next Monday and I have heard that there is a girl in there like me, so there will be competition!
In PT on Thursday, Stuart suggested I try the grain free diet as I suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). He said it will also help me lose those 3 kg which seem to be stuck around my tummy which always gets people asking me "Are you pregnant?". So here I am on a Sunday morning trying it. Obviously I am OK right now. I reckon dinner will be the challenge.
For brekkie I has scrambled eggs, banana and organic green tea.
Please feel free to write whatever you like
