If I was going to chose an eating disorder, I would say I was a binge-eater, but I think it is more likely that I didn't have full awareness of how unhealthy my eating habits were. I chocked it up to genetics and bad luck until I experienced a reality check.

I wouldn't say it's as much as idolization, but it goes without saying that thinner people have a higher social status than overweight people. I don't want to be idolized... but not being looked down on for my size would be nice.

Do You/Have You Ever Had An Eating Disorder?: Yes. I had anorexia and bulimia for about 13 years. I am neither now but many types of food I still cannot or will not eat and I eat massive portions of green vegetables every day- still plenty of hang overs as a resulf of the past 13 years..

Do You Play Any Sports?: No but I exercise by doing cardio like a maniac 5-6 days a week.

Do You Idolize Others That Are Thinner?: Yes, unfortunetly for me yes, painfully so.

Do You Exercise Often?: 5-6 days a week every week without fail, for the past 4 years now.

What Types Of Exercise?:
  • Cardio: Running on a 5% incline, elliptical training doing intervals, spinning, stationary cycling, stairmaster, rower as fast as I can. 8-10 hours a week (not including warm up/stretching/cool down) I also sometimes do gym classes too if I have the time.
  • Also I do 30-40 mins on the power plate each week, 30 mins of weights and 30-60 mins of core stability every week.
  • Stretching I do around an hour a week.
  • I do walking every day too as I don't own a car, hate waiting for public transport and hate tourists who wear their houses on their back and are very noisy so I prefer to walk. I walk around 30 mins to an hour a day so on average 10-15 hours a week.
How Many Calories Do You Eat A Day?: 1800Kcals and I find it very hard to stick to this as I exercise as I do.
