Do You Play Any Sports?:I'm missing the male sport gene. It does nothing for me, neither spectator or participative. I don't like football, cricket, golf, car racing etc. Its a disability, I have nothing to say to barbers or taxi drivers.

If So...What Kinds?: Nothing competitive, but I quite like exercises that test myself, such as hiking, running, weight lifting and cycling.

Do You Exercise Often?: Weight lifting at the gym three times per week. Cycling, walking, or running outside with the dog daily.

What Types Of Exercise?: As above. I also like the odd longer hike or bike ride on days off, and a little cross country running, or sometimes interval training on the treadmill. Keeps the old ticker in good shape.

How Many Calories Do You Eat A Day?: I'm not counting - last time that I did that, it made me too obsessive. But when I was trying to lose weight, I found that I could lose quite comfortably at 2,200 cals per day. How on earth do you sparrow types survive on less than 1000 per day?
