Iv actually just reread my last post and realised how rediculous I must have sounded, I've lost 6.3kg in 11 days and I'm complaining that it's slowed down!
Suppose I'd better hop off those scales for a few days...
Went to my second pilates equipment session today and it was awesome! My core feels stronger and I feel more flexible already! I've always wanted to have a flat tummy, and I'm sure pilates is the way to go!
