Creatine loading Phase

I've just start training again affter quite some years, and I'm taking both creatine and glutamine. I know there a loading phaze with all this and they can work well togther aparently, but what I need to know is what should I be doing on rest days as I'm currently training three days a week as I've found from previous expeirince taht this maximises growth when starting out on a new routine. I've trawled the internet, and everybody seems to have a diferent answer. Can someone plese give me a definitive answe to how much to take on train/rest days

I am currently taking creatine. and recently read something that mentioned a "loading phase" What is this? Do I need to do it? How much do I need? is it safer? I am 6' 0" 170 lbs and workout every other day.
 
I have had great experiences with 'creapure', gained about 20 pounds in 6 months. Although that was mostly down to hard work and dicipline too :D

Just make sure to research the market and also read up on what creatine exactly does to you. It may be personal, but I always need/want to know exactly what a supplement does with my body.
