Could use some advice with my weight loss journey?

It's never easy to try and do what you are doing but the right information is always the key. Plus don't forget that when you do lose all your weight the key is to keep it off for good. Changing your lifestyle and eating habits, maybe changing one thing you eat or drink to something healthier that you can stick to each week over a period of time and definitely exercising with others and having a healthy buddy can make a huge difference. Smoothies are awesome and can really help, shove all your vegetables in, kale, chia seeds etc and away you go!!
