converting pounds to calories

My goodness! 4 hours a night! I'd be like Trevor Reznyck (Christian Bale in The Machinist) if I had as little as 4 hours! I'm currently getting around 6 hours instead of my usual 8 as it's killing me. I'm heading home to attempt to get some sleep so wish me luck in burning them calories
