I have a clients that has body image issue, rather than a real weight issue,with a BMI of 22, insisting on going to 19. Her needs are totally different from another client who is overweight (BMI 29) with pre-diabetic symptoms, or a senior clients that need nutritional modification/therapy. Should one size fit all of them? Absolutely not. A sustainable weight management program is one that fits in your lifestyle. Otherwise, everyone knows that if you drop calories, you'll drop pounds. But few can do it consistently with no support.
