haha didnt watch it last night. will probably watch it today.
 
Just had a right workout!

Definately saw some strength increase :D It was my pressing aswell :):):):)

I might have to bring back 'to be a big f**ker'
 
I'm having a pretty good day today

Had a early workout session and then tried on my cap and gown for graduation.

Then i started dancing around the house with nothing but my graduation cap on. :)
