I just finished a chapter on the axial skeleton. Now its 12am and I have to start on the appendicular side of things. Exam tonight. Then I have anotehr tuesday in physics, SOAB!
Pretty bad. I got him foam rolling and doing more horizontal pulling but it's still effed. I can see his upper vertebrae bend when he's just sitting down. No way I'm going to give him a load of that thing.
Just being like-minded. He takes jiu jitsu with me and is willing to work hard. Training consistancy is pretty good since we are in similar classes.
I've had "partners" that lift with me for a week and bitch about the programming afterwards, who aren't willing to push themselves, are stubborn when it comes to doing something other than 100 sets of chest ****...etc.
