Club Under 20

For me it was when I stepped on the scale and it said 224 x_X I was like woah. My dad is obese I don't want to be like him D:

From a more supportive perspective....
Scales are serious eye openers aren't they? That's the weight I started at. Kaebae it's great that you recognize something like this earlier on! Push toward your goal. Maybe you and your dad can get healthy together. You can do it!

They are! You think clothes would be. D:

You ARE actually obese do you know ? And why your goal weight is still over the healthy weight range ?

REALLY?! I had no clue I was still obese. -_-` The reason my goal weight is still over the healthy weight range for someone my height is because I like small goals. If my goal was huge I'd most likely want to quit, because my goal would see out of my reach. Small goals feel achievable.

Hello everyone, I am 17. :)
I lost 65 lbs between ages 13-14 and this year I'm working on losing a little more, about 15 vanity lbs left over from the first time around. :b It doesn't seem too daunting of a task but at this lower weight, my loss has been slow as molasses.

Anyway, the best of luck to you all!

hey there im 18,
im 5'6 and currently 168.5, my smallest was 145 and i wanna get back to being about 150. well you cant really say thats still over weight. like a lot of factors come into play, like muscle mass..... at 150 i would just be in the healthy range, but when i was at 145, i was mostly muscle, you have to consider the amount of muscle on your body. plus as long as you feel good, regularly active and happy with yourself, a number means nothing.
ps. i like the small goal thing, so much more encouraging
