Joining you all here in the 190 club.
The last time I weighed in was 4 weeks ago. But I had a 3 week lull in the diet and workout do to schedule and family vacation. So I'm hoping I'm still in the 190s. Not planning on weighing for another week as to hoping to lose any possible weight I had gain from the 3 week lull.

Rob - you are right - the 10 pound ranges should be more achievable if I can stay focused.
