Club 160s

Hey my 160's people!

Unofficially weighed in today at 163.8 lbs... I can see the 150's in the horizon... so exciting :)

New guy here signing up to the 160 club,

Weighed myself 166 lbs yesterday at the gym at the end of the workout (I used to be 170-180 for a long time, I'm on a 2 months diet now),

This is probably the lowest I ever weighed in a long time.

Didn't weigh myself today, but I did a lot of walking and a bit of basketball, kept to my diet... hopefully I keep shelling down pounds... it's all about taking it seriously right? :)

Unfortunately I'm not qualified to be part of this club yet...but I'm hoping I can get here soon.
I'm 5'11'' and currently at 172.5
I feel like I'm approaching a plateau, but I'm not sure..
I dream to be 165!

Trying to work real hard to become a member of this cherished club! :p

Would like to say hello to everyone in the 160's group! It took me far too long to get here and now that im FINALLY here, I am so proud to say that I will be joining you all :)
I hope to be out of the 160's and into the 150's by September.
 
What's up everyone? I think I'm finally out of the 170's I haven't peaked into that territory for quite a while. I wether in at 168
this morning after a splurge
 
164.8 lbs!

On July 9th I was in the 170s (170 lbs) (ickky) but a week later I'm half way out of the 160s.

I hope by early August that I'm in the 150s range (159/158 lbs). 150 lbs is my goal.

Hi All,

Currently 167 lb (76kg) and I'm shooting for 132 lb (60kg) by October of this year.

Still got a way to go but the way I see it - I've got the time and drive to make it before then.

I`m 163 at 5f7, keeping track of what i`m eating and hoping to loose some weight by eating healthy and drinking lots of water!!
 
I would like to say a final farewell to the 160 group. I weighed in this morning at 158lbs... this is a moment ive been waiting for, for a looong time! Best of luck to everyone!

I weighed in at 172.4 this morning. I haven't been in the 160s since this time last year - so I'm hoping by the end of the month I'll be joining y'all for realz.
 
Okay, I weighed in this morning at 161, and yesterday I was 162.6. Weird! Anyway, I WILL be out of the 160s in the next couple of weeks!

I feel so bad because it's been a year, and I've been about 164-167 for the duration of it, and I've "sworn to get out of the 160s by the end of the month" but I have realized (after all this time, I know) that I CAN'T expect to lose 2.5 pounds a week. I've decided that I will lose .8 pounds a week and that that is SO much more realistic. By wanting to lose 2.5 pounds a week I am wasting time by feeling let down, quitting, and starting again. So, this time I KNOW I will make it!

Haha okay, so that's my thought of the day...
 
I dred being in the 160's. A few times in my life I have gotten to this weight, never past it but I know at 160 it's time to kick myself in the ass for letting myself go so bad... My body usually sit's comfy at 145ish but always pushing for a lower number... anyway, you'll see me around a bit
 
I'm coming soon. I should be here in about 2 weeks as I am at 173 lbs now.

When I get to 169 lbs, my BMI will be 24.5. When I reach 165, that will mark the end of my weight loss program and the beginning of maintenance - at approx 23.9 BMI.

Here I am, in the club 160s.

167 lbs, 24.2 BMI.

I have lost 61 lbs, and now only 2 lbs away from my goal.
