Okay, I weighed in this morning at 161, and yesterday I was 162.6. Weird! Anyway, I WILL be out of the 160s in the next couple of weeks!
I feel so bad because it's been a year, and I've been about 164-167 for the duration of it, and I've "sworn to get out of the 160s by the end of the month" but I have realized (after all this time, I know) that I CAN'T expect to lose 2.5 pounds a week. I've decided that I will lose .8 pounds a week and that that is SO much more realistic. By wanting to lose 2.5 pounds a week I am wasting time by feeling let down, quitting, and starting again. So, this time I KNOW I will make it!
