You can do it mik, don't worry. It is just taking more time then you expected. I swear I'm losing weight at a snail's pace right now. It's frusterating but it will be worth it in the end no matter how slow it comes off.
 
Welcome, Busy :)

I weighed in at 163 this morning. My body has me utterly flummoxed. I mean - come on!I ate nearly 2000 calories last night. I expected to wake up and be closer to 166 like I was yesterday morning. This has been going on for 7 months despite how high or low my calories are.

I guess I am just at a stubborn set point and until my body decides to start loosing weight again, I'm stuck just trying to keep doing all the right things with good nutrition and exercise.

I FINALLY got a scale, thank God! And it's a really nice digital one, I can't stand the old-fashioned ones! They seem very inaccurate, lol but that's probably just me!

Anyway, I weighed in at 164.8...I'm in the lower 160s!! Yay!!! :D

Very soon, I swear to myself I will be in the 150s club! We can do it!! :party:

Last time I weighed in under 160 - while I was pregnant with my first child.

I hope to see the 150's before my second child turns 9 in May.

I dropped 2 lbs! yay! 166 lbs now, so I'm soon to be outta here everyone :hurray: The 4 fast miles DVD is definitely making a difference!
 
I'm still around, and I think I will be for more than a couple weeks longer. I'm losing weigh so slowly, but I can't blame that on my metablism. I haven't been making the best food choices since my job went full time again. I have to get in the swing of things at work for the summer season so I don't make silly choices for my health.

You guys are awesome, but I want outta here!!

I think it's been seriously almost seven years since I've been 150 pounds. When I reach that it will surely be a milestone!!

At todays weigh-in I officially moved over the half mark of my goal. I now have less to lose than I already lost this time... If that makes sense :)

I'm going backwards. I got on the scale this evening and it said I was 10 pounds heavier than my lowest recorded weight on this journey so far :/

Most of it is water weight - my sodium intake has been attrocious the last few days and I have pitting edema in my lower legs. I've got to get myself back on track and eating right again. I've been way too discouraged over just maintaining and not loosing anything ... /sigh

Maybe I'll try again to drop my calories below 1500 a day and see if that does the trick - and get back into the tae bo again. I haven't done much the last few weeks because my kids have been in my hair - being suspended, one or the other of them, for bad behavior at school. Of course, after next week is spring break. Ugh.

I wish I could go to the BL ranch and have Jillian put me through 6 hours of cardio torture a day and manage all my eating LOL.

Hey GUYS....last FRIDAY I was at 167lbs...I've been working REAL hard, so NEXT week on FRIDAY i will weigh MYSELF....I hope to be the LOW 160's....:)....I LOVE all the SIMILAR GOALS! :)

I was down to like...163.4 earlier this week, but eating shit has gotten me back to 165...blah! My own fault though. Today I am starting a new term at college so I'm going to crack down again and see if I can't get 10lbs smaller! :Angel_anim:
 
I can finally join this club. :coolgleamA: The lowest I weighted was this saturday and the scale showed 166. I need few more pounds to achieve my goal. Today I am hitting the gym for a first time during my dieting period. Hopefully little workout 3-4 times a week will get me to the 160. :driving:

Can't believe I'm on the lower end of 160's. How exciting is that!!! :D

Awsome Mimmi!!

I weighed in at 164.6 this morning. I started to track my daily calorie deficit as a way to keep myself from "guestimating" myself right back into weight gain and it seems to be working. I'm hoping to be in the 150's before June starts :)

OMG! I'm in the 160's! NOT BY MUCH! but i still stepped foot in the 60's! I'm like 69.2 !! Lol!

IM HERE! Let's hope i stay!:hurray:
