Cohen's Lifestyle Christmas Goals

Prefix for Cohen's Lifestyle
Christmas Goal

Hi all! It is great to see you all so motivated about losing weight and setting realistic goals for yourselves. I wish you all the very best of luck reaching them...and then surpassing them as the new year arrives!

As for me...I just want to maintain my new, hard worked for, weight. I want to still be 64kg at Christmas time. I'm sure I can do it, but man, it is hard once you are finished! There are no lines or program rules...it is all about choosing what to eat and when. I have decided I really liked the rigidity of the program and honestly, I feel a bit lost without it!

Anyway, once again - Good Luck to all in the realisation of your goals!

Well in the past 8 weeks I've managed 15kgs, so I'm hoping that by Christmas another 15kgs at least which will bring me down to74kgs. the lowest I've been since time immemorial I think. A couple of Christmas parties between now and then including a weekend away, but I'm looking forward to a slimmer Christmas and New Year.

Hey all,

My chirstmas wish was to be finish but now reality has set in and i would like to be in the 60's which hasn't been since high school (left in 86 weighing 69.9). In 25 Nov 1989 ~ My Wedding day I weighed 86kgs so it didn't take too long to put on the weight.

My last weigh in (20.10) was 89.1, so roughly 19kgs to go and a plaster case.

Cheers Jewls:p

Hi Jewls,

My wedding day was 18th November 1989. We were married 6 days apart. Isn't that funny.

My Christmas goal is to still be on the wagon and heading in the downward direction.

my goal

Hi
Christmas is just over 7 weeks away. I have managed to lose 14kg in the last 7 weeks, so I would like to lose another 14 and be down to the mid eighties. I think the last time i was that weight was when I was 20 and I'm 43 now.
What a difference that would make.
Good luck to everyone
Dizzy

asyoz - thank you for the smile!!

HEHEHEHE just caught this post now, not sure why it escaped me.

Gosh I laughed at that.

See, that's why I write my blog. OTHERS have had similar experiences, and other fat people think they're alone.

I would NEVER have thought that anyone else would have had trouble on the plane, but the blog brings it out.

thanks again, good to see someone's actually reading it :D

asy :D

Hey Pinky,

THANKS for putting the list together! REALLY COOL!!!

It'll be good to see how we all go.

Christmas

Hi PinkSultana and the rest of you Cohen Girls

My christmas goal is to be 95kg, or anything under that, and to be able to get thru the silly season without deviating on pork crackling :D

That means I need to lose 10kg in 53 days.

I've also got a wedding the week before Christmas and would like to look nice in the size 18 dress I bought for the occasion. I've tried it on, and it sorta fits, but I'd really like it to fit nicely.

cheers
MrsMc

Pinky,

There's nothing that says a 'treat' has to be food. Buy yourself something gorgeous, but don't eat it, buy something you can keep, not that you wish came off.

Have a great holiday Pinksultana. Little tins of tuna are always good if you get stuck as after you drain off the brine they weigh about 105 - 110 gms. I went camping when I was on Cohens for the first time. No electricity or anything and I lived on little tins of tuna for the weekend. A bit boring, but it worked!!
Anyway, enjoy the trip.

I would absolutely love to lose 10 kilos by Christmas which would bring me to 73kilos. That would be the absolutely best Christmas present I could get!

hope everyone is acheiving and acheiving....let us know how close you are to your christmas goals....

I wasn't sure if should set myself a time limited goal, but I've been doing so well over the past 10 days, that I've decided to bite the bullet and post one!

So here it is - by Christmas I hope to be around 75kg. I'm 80 at the moment, so it is do-able. Just have to stay true to myself to achieve it.

Keep on thinking skinny thoughts everyone!

Cheers,
Linda
