GAH! >_____<; Talk about a bad weekend for me.... been watching my mom's house this weekend... and well.... there's always alot of really bad, but really good, food. -_-;;;
I went over my calorie goal.... all weekend.... *sighs*
I'll see what the damage is tomorrow... and then just get back on track. ^_^;; It's a bit annoying though.... but everyone falls of the track once in a while. XD

About to hit the gym! I'm trying to win this thing, lol...just 2 lbs in one week won't cut it for me (even though that is considered by many healthy weight lost ...the whole 1% of your body weight thing)
Well..Exercising has been rough. Haven't really wanted to do it but I have to lol. Also, if your in this competition guys - speak up! let us know how ur doing!

So I'm still doing good. The weekend splurge didn't set me back to much so that's good. ^___^
Gonna start up with my exercise in two weeks... more or less.... I'm not looking forward to that. I dun like exercising. >___>; It's boring. But if I don't I'm gonna hit a wall soon, and prolly not get over or around it in quite some time... It's just a feeling I have.

Hi everyone. Sounds like everybody is doing okay. I am back from our Buffalo adventure. Not quite sure how I did this. I lost 6 pounds while I was gone. I was not watching what I ate. I did eat a lot less than I normally would. Did a lot of walking but not that much. I am just saying I don't know how I did it but I love it!

I would like to be in the competition! I hope its not too late. Just an FYI someone asked about the money orders expiring and checks dont "stale date" until 6 months after they are written and the same goes for money orders. (I work at a bank)
