Ok Ladies and Gentlemen, this is it, the holiday season is lumming over our heads.Millions of people will gain alot of weight this comming month. We are not going to be a statistic! We are going to show everyone what we are made of! Lets totally dedicate ourselves to the next 21 days!
I am going through the whole thing as there are many newbies participating this time.As many of you know, there are no rules here, but we do expect everyone to hold up their end of the bargin. We all need to support each other. Team members are expectedto post in their group thread at least onceevery 3 days. Come the end of the 4th dayand no post, the team may then agree to 'kick off' that member.Please make sure you post,so there are no hurt feelings!
This time, b/c it is such a long challenge, we will have mini-challenges within the challenge,just for fun! It will be an individual challenge (not group) The top 3 winners gets bragging rights,and a cool 'badge' to put in their signature. we need a volunteer to make the badges. Amomono has
agreed to do it, but thinks there are others better at it then she. If no one steps up, Amomono, its yours! lol. The first week will be "Most excersize"...the second and third week are up for discussion!
This challenge runs from Dec. 1-22. The winning group will be determined by percentage lost(hopefully someone knows how to figure this out,lol, because I do not). There will be a group win and a 'biggest looser'(the person how looses the most amt of weight). Everyone should mail a postcard or christmas card of congrat's to the winning group and biggest looser.
If you cannot mail a card, an email will work too.
