Chocolate milk contains proteins and carbohydrates that helps our body in consuming energy. Chocolate milk is also compare to energy drinks
 
Chocolate milk is PWO carbs (sugar) mixed with arguably the best type of protein you can ingest (casein). Although Whey usually takes the the gold for PWO, casein still gets 'er done... all day longggg (literally).

And it tastes so #$(#%#& good.
