I feel so guilty

Hi everyone!!! Your messages sheer me up. I was sad because I could'nt resist a sweet temptation. More than that I lost motivation because I thought I was going back to my old habbits. I'm planning to force myself to workout today. Maybe that will make me feel better. I don't know why a little cheating make me feel so bad!!! I loose motivation very fast!! That is not good at all!! I hope I can keep going. I don't want to be fat anymore!!! I know I can do this but I am lazy in the past 3 or 4 days.

Lets see what happens in the afternoon. Still I am drinking my water.

Biggest Looser - Wow

Hi everyone!!!

Today I'm in a better mood. Yesterday I did not exercise, I was not in the mood AGAIN!!! It's been 4 days since my last workout. Even following the diet was very hard for me yesterday but I did the best I could. I had spaguettis at dinner but just a small portion with a lot of salad and Diet Pepsi.

Last night we saw the Biggest Looser (couples special edition finale). It was awsome. It raised my motivation again. They lost so much weight in six months. I'm not even that fat so I guess I can accomplish my goal for May.

So I started again today with more energy. I had coffe and two toasts with fat free margarine for breakfast. I had a yogourt as a snack and I will have a Healthy Choice meal for Lunch. I will have a fruit for another snack in the afternoon and a salad for dinner maybe with tuna.

I'm drinking a lot of water and I will (I have to) do my light weight trainning dvd and walk in the park. Hopefully I will continue with this the rest of the week.

It's ok to be lazy some days but not get used to it. I have to rush myself since my next weight will be on saturday. I lost most of the week so far!!!

hey there, you are doing great! and you CAN accomplish your goal!! I am so bummed I missed Biggest Loser last night!! :) Oh well.. had some fun with friends!

Thanks new leaf:( . Some times I have to remind myself that I can do it!!! A reason to keep going is this forum. I enter twice every day and read my own journal and others. That remind me of the beginning and my goals. It keeps me doing the things I have to do. If I don't do it at least I share my feelings with all of you.

At least people are telling me that I lost some weight. I'm starting to believe it.

Let's see what happens. chimistar
 
Good job Chimistar!!! Its great to hear that you found your motivation again. I love watching the Biggest Loser. It makes me think "I can do that too" and I so want to go workout so I can look like they do and lose the kind of weight they have lost.

I know what you mean about this forum. It helps me to stay on track and know I am accountable to others for what I am doing or not doing. And when I am feeling not so good, the words of encouragment are just what I need to perk up and realize that I just need to keep going.

Glad to see you in a better frame of mind :)

your going great, sometime it takes somone else to notice to give you motivation to continue an extra boost.
 
Hello everyone!!

I started my workout routine again yesterday (after 4 days off :D ). I felt so good about myself. It was raining and I was not in the mood again but I pushed myself a little and I did it!!!! I did my new taebo cardio DVD (for the first time). God it is difficult!!! I got exhausted. After I finished my motivation automatically came back!!!

After this experience I learned that some times we are not in the mood but putting a little bit of effort to make it happen it's great. It did happen!!! I'm waiting for my next weight on Saturday (at Subway weight scale) but I am terrified to discover that I did not loose any weight. I don't want to get disappointed. I think I lost because my clothes fit better but who knows?

Well thanks again for your posts and for sharing my experience and yours as well. About the diet I did well yesterday, very well!! Today I started with scramble eggs for breakfast with diet coke and coffee. I will have a Healthy Choice and a Yogurt and don't know what I will have for dinner. Maybe a chicken salad. Well this is my diet report for today :) !!

Yeeeaaahhhhh!!! You are so awesome!!! Good for you taking this and turning it around and realizing you do have to push your self sometimes, it is not always going to be easy getting up and doing your workout. I am so proud of you :D

Don't be discouraged if you haven't lost or haven't lost alot. You may be changing your fat for lean muscle, hence your clothes feeling loose.

Way to go!!!

Nah, but I do plan on having a few tonight with sis. Difference these days is I can plan it instead of just doin it without thinking. So far, anyways....
 
Hi, Chimi :) Glad to see you dusted yourself off and are going again!! :D Thats great! I do tae-bo as well, and you're right, it is difficult. I love it because it IS a challenge. Don't you love how good you feel when you get your workouts done?!:D See, I knew I wasn't the freak my sister told me I was :D :D

I watch Biggest Loser every week and another weightloss show on sattelite daily so that I can keep my focus. My husband has issues with watching it but hey, he knows where the other tv is! LOL

Glad to see you're underway again. You're doin' great! :cool: Keep it up.
 
I'm so saddddddd

Hi everyone!!

I'ts been two days since my last post. On friday I went to Weight myself and for my surprise I did not loose not even a pound. I was so sad about it that I did not enter the forum until this morning. I been thinking about it all the weekend. It was the chocolates or the beers? Well I bought a new weight scale for home. My next weight will be next Sunday. I feel so discourage at this time but I know I have to keep going. I don't know what came wrong. I still think I lost because of the way my clothes fit.

Well, this week I will have healthy Choice meal for every meal except breakfast. I will workout every day with a new routine that I found in a wonderfull new magazine I bought. It is a 28 days routine. So I will start that on Monday. That means that my I have to change my goal of Valentines and move it for the end of February. 10 pounds for February 28. I don't know any more if I can do this. I'm thinking that maybe I had an homone disorder , I even think I'm pregnant!!!! But it is not that , it is my body putting some resistance to my new routines. I have to end with that plateau.

Hey Chimi...I know how frustrating it is when you get on that scale and for whatever reason it doesn't move a bit. Its heartbreaking. But dont give up!! It's what happens in the long run that matters, not that one night on the scale.

Maybe its water weight you are holding onto, who knows. Make some adjustments, if you think that will help, and keep on going! With all the hard work you are doing, you are sure to see some results soon. Even on the Biggest Loser, there were weeks when they wouldn't lose weight (even some when they gained) but in the end they looked amazing.

I think its a great sign that you feel your clothes are fitting better! Stick with it, your spirit will carry you through. :)
 
28 days of a new routine

Hey Fluff!!

Thanks for your post. I need it so bad!!! I am frustrated by not loosing weight last week. Well I'm preparing myself for this week. I already planned my meals, I am planning the new workout routine and trying to not think about the scale until Sunday. I will do my best for loose at least 2 pounds this week. I was progressing very fast and then here I am stuck in 190 pounds. Uhhhhhh!!!!

Hey there Chimi. DON'T GIVE UP - go with your plan for this week with confidence! Being that your clothes are fitting better, maybe you gained muscle weight! Muscle weighs more but takes up less room :D Sounds like you are refocusing and planning, good for you! You CAN do this! Hang in there :)

Your replies sheer me up a little. Tomorrow starts a new week. It is also my sisters's birthday. So the temptation of cake will be present!!! I have everything planed. You will see my whole week journal and then lets see if the scale starts to go down!!!!

Hope you have a great week Chimi. You sound very prepared. I think its great you plan ahead. Do you plan out each meal? I wish I did that more. I pretty much wing things, but I think it makes me more susceptable to temptations. I am sure you will see results this week!! :)
 
New tactics

hello everyone!!!

Today is a new week. Today is my sister's birthday. My son is happy because we are going to buy a gift. That means I have to visit her and I don't know if I will be able to start the new routine. If I don't start today I will start tomorrow.

I started today the a new food effort. I will have breakfast as usual and Healthy Choice meals for lunch and dinner ( the whole week ). I am doing a test. I want to see if I combined the new routine with HC meals if I loose at least 2 pounds. I'm trying to do everything I can to loose weight. If everyone have new hints you are free to share them with me. Specially those that make you break the plateau.

Chimi, you can't do anything but succeed if you stick to your plan :) I know you can do it. I love HC meals and they are nice and balanced so you don't feel like you're "missing" something:) Enjoy your sisters b-day and then kick butt :)
 
Hey Chimi...you sound so upbeat and motivated. What a great way to start the week!! I am sure you are going to break this plateau very soon!
