I agree with many of the posts suggesting that you NOT cut any more calories from your diet. Your height/weight ratio looks to be healthy.

You do workout, which is good, but I'd highly recommend Pilates and/or Yoga if you want to get rid of a 'fat roll'. Both exercises focus on the core muscles (beyond just the outer ab muscles). I did both for a year with awesome results. You become more flexible, you stand up taller and your mid-section is tighter.

I'm not guaranteeing you'll lose the entire fat roll, but I'd chose Pilates or Yoga over regular weight lifting and cardio any day.
