Monday morning official weigh in is 210 lbs.

I know it's not Monday but I didn't get a chance to post till today. It's been a crappy week. I've been sick since the beginning of last week and did not work out Wednesady up till this morning when I finally felt like I could. I almost never get sick and it really sucked especially around Christmas!

So I still lost 2 pounds which is good but the diet has been bad with being sick and all. I ate very little of anything and some bad comfort foods that the wife "made" me eat. :D It's amazing I lost any weight at all, although it may have been muscle loss as well since I didn't get to eat much.

Monday morning official weigh in is 207.5 lbs.

2 1/2 more pounds down. That's the most weight lose in one week for me I think so all is still going good even with the lack of exercise because of not feeling well. Hopefully I can workout every day from here on out like I was. I've tightened my belt loop 2 notches also since I started and that is progress I can really see and feel!

My stationary bike broke this week too. Luckily it is under warranty and Schwinn is sending someone out to repair it. It works but it doesn't show any speed on the computer which means no statitistics on my workout. If I don't press a button on the computer every minute or so then the bike will turn off and the resistance goes away. Oh well, at least I can still use it until it gets fixed.

Well it's not a huge loss but still a loss. I may have had a cheat here or there on my diet but I didn't think it was all that bad. I guess it doesn't take much. Oh well, I will keep on truckin!

Hokey, when did you work out last? Nothing's posted on your journal.

Should I be posting everytime I workout? I've been posting my progress but haven't been posting every day I workout. I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week and posting all the same thing every day seems a little redundant no?

I'm new at this so maybe I should be posting what I do everyday..I dunno.

Ok. So today I did the following:

Warmup on bike
pullups
squats
bench
mil press

Official weigh in for Monday 1/14/08 is 206 pounds.

Official weigh in for Monday 1/21/08 is 203 pounds.

I have been real busy and have not had time to post much but I am still working out and eating right and the pounds continue to come off.

I'm pretty happy so far as I have now lost over 20 pounds. Son I hope to be under 200 which has been a while for me. I bought some bady fat calipers also and I am right around 21.8% body fat as of this week. I will try to include that in my posts also.

You can post what you do everyday or every week or never, that's up to you, of course. I like to post exactly what I do (how many reps, weights used, how far I ran, etc.) daily so I hold myself accountable daily and can go back and see my progress or lack of it and receive advice, attaboys or grief from other members.
