Can anyone suggest any proven ways for weight loss?????

Kthx. You do it first. Pix or It's not True.

Alas, you can see by my ticker that I was already so close to goal by the time I developed it that using it would have resulted in an unhealthy BMI. And I wouldn't want to encourage anyone (least of all myself!) losing an unhealthy amount of weight.

I'd be happy to set up a website featuring the testimonials of many satisfied customers, identified only by their first names, if that would be more convincing for you. I hate to post pictures of my customers, for privacy reasons, you understand.

You could always see if you can charter a shuttle ride to the moon. That's a pretty sure-fire way to lose weight... now mass, that's a different question.

This is for the poor girl that never got her question answered

Hi, I'm an ex-phatty and I think I was feeling some of the same things you're feeling now. I was willing to change my lifestyle and everything and just completely focus all of my energy on losing the weight. So, I got on the internet and started doing some research. Started looking around checking out forums and yahoo answers and all of that but, for some reason none of that made a difference. Then I came across the book that really did change my life forever. This book, believe it or not, gave me the power to overcome the obstacles I was confronted with and surpass everyone's predictions, and I didn't have to completely change my whole lifestyle to adapt to some crazy diet or anything. What happens is most people aren't informed enough on the body and it's functions, which in turn, makes people less apt to "know" how to fix their problem! It's simple but no one seems to see that it actually makes a difference. It also has a lot to do with your drive and your inner passion to defeat the pest inside that keeps sticking the fat on. Here's the link to the book that got my ass off the couch: ( i know, you're thinking "twenty bucks! aw!" ) I have three words for you; It's Worth It! I thought the same thing right before I bought it, but then something just told me I needed to get it and that it would pay off. I guess I know I have a good intuition!

Snugbrimm, since you purchased the book and I'm sure you are not spamming this site trying to sell your product, could you just paraphrase the information found on page 18 of your book? That wouldn't violate any copyright laws and could greatly aid those of us who struggle with a sluggish metabolism.

TIA

Give Me 45 Minutes And I'll Show You How To Transform Your Metabolism Into A Calorie Burning Machine!

Excuse me, but isn't that the purpose of your metabolism - to burn calories?

If it's not burning calories now, then just what is it doing?

Here is the Solution for your problem

The main reasons of getting the heart pains or heart attacks is because of over weight, so if you can keep you are weight in control then there would be no problem. Here is a study regarding the weight loss:
The first study was aimed at determining the effects of fucoxanthine supplementation. The results were very promising—subjects who took fucoxanthine generated greater absolute increases in energy expenditure. These researchers concluded that supplementation including fucoxanthine can significantly increase metabolism and could well have profound anti-obesity properties.

really? So people who aren't overweight don't have heart attacks?

Tell that to my father who weighs exactly what he weighed in college - is very athletic and watches his diet and always has - and has had 2 heart attacks..

and if you post links for supplements you will be banned..

I just kinda like saying "fucoxanthine"

now in my head - it's saying fucks-and-thin :D

Yeah my pronunciation needs work but fucking is kinda fun... and it's good cardio... so aslong as your nutrition is under control -you will get thin

Yet no health club that I know of offers that class......

damn that sucks- not even Bally's....though you cant tell by looking at their ads.....

'course if it was at Bally's they would probably only have it as a machine- not free weights......

I hope you are not one of those starving themselves all in the name of losing weight. Most people are of the believe that dieting means starvation or taking diet pills. That’s not totally true, you can actually lose weight with some nice pressurable diets that does not require you to go into hunger strike. Below sticking to some simple tips and rules you can eat your choice of food and still lose weight. As much as you exercise and eat mostly (but not all) healthy food you will lose weight.

A good diet should be the one that will help your body prevent illnesses. It should also help you shed off the exercise “unwanted” fat in slowly but steadily by giving your body the right combination of nutrients. that’s the trick of natural weight loss.

Now lets talk about what a balance diet is. A richly -balanced diet should include meals rich in carbohydrates, protein and natural fats.

CARBOHYDRATES : About 45 % of your calorie intake must come from foods high in carbohydrates. This means if are on 1500-1600 calories daily diet, about 800 of your calorie intake should come from good carbs. Refrain from white flour, desserts and ice creams. Reduce you fizzy-pop and sweets intake, they will only contribute to the amount of weight you gain and give nothing to your healthy in return. You can eat oatmeal or whole grain cereal in replacement of fizzy-pop and sweets. Try whole grain breads, fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, whole grain cereals. These meals will give you enough vitamins, amino acids and fibers that will make you feel fuller for longer.

PROTEIN: Close to 30% of your calorie intake should come from meals high in protein such as fish, meat, chicken, yogurt, eggs and vegetables, fruits like apples, banana, oranges etc and seeds.

FATS : Another 25% of your calori intake should come from good fats such as cold-water fish, Flaxseed, walnuts and many others. These foods are essentially give omega 3 essential fatty acid which are very good for your overall well being. You must avoid, get rid of or reduce the use of hydrogenated oils.

Fish : is essentially low in fat, contains high protein ( same as red meat), and high in omega 3 fatty acids which not many proteins have. It also has less calories. You must learn to eat as much as 2-3 servings of fish instead of meat. Spinach: This is the low cost source of good nutrient for your body. It contains high Folic acid, minerals, and vitamins. It can be prepared in so many ways. Try to use it as often as possible in your diet.

wishing you all the best with your dieting.
