I was thinking the same thing.

98 + 13 = 111lbs. yikes.
 
Better yet, if consuming " 400-500 calories a day " is " not that difficult " why haven't you cut it back further and by only consuming 200 calories a day ? :rolleyes:

Thats exactly what i'm doing now - thanks. I eat 200 cals a day now-sometimes less and weigh 93 lbs. Better then being fat and disgusting. I look at fat people and feel sick, its up to them if they want to stay that way but im happy doing what im doing. Got 10 more pounds to lose then i'll be very happy.

More importantly, I hope you realize soon the damage you are causing to your health and body.

You want to weigh 83 lbs? I hope to God you are a dwarf.
 
Im going to continue eating 400-500 calories a day. If i dont feel that hungry why eat more? Once i do get to my target weight of around 98 lbs, im going to do whatever it takes to maintain my figure. there absolutely no way that im going to let myself get fat again, no matter what it takes. i know loads of people that have gone on crash diets and water fasts and not put the weight back on. I'll bring the calories up very slowly to about 1,250 once im thin and i dont think theyll be any need to eat more then that. im sure i wont get fat again if im carefull. still got a long way to go though - 13 lbs to lose yet!! Its not that difficult though, im happy eating the amount i do. my clothes are already falling off me even though im fat.

1. If i dont feel that hungry why eat more? (because your body requires fuel and nutrients)

2.Once i do get to my target weight of around 98 lbs, im going to do whatever it takes to maintain my figure. ( if you could just get yourself to make this a lifestyle change..then there would be no need in doing WHATEVER)

3. I totally understand wanting to get to a certain weight. All of us here do.
My reasons are For health and apperance, However HEALTH is the most important.

4. What good will it do for you to look good if in the long run you cut off years of your life by not giving your body what it needs.
