I was born and raised in California and I feel a special kinship with other Californians. Face it we’re different. I like to think we’re more forward thinking, outgoing and friendlier. The environment really matters to me because I grew up in so much beautiful country. My grade school and high school days were the greatest and when compared to other peoples schools we were really ahead in a lot of ways. We really have outstanding flowers too not to mention the spectacular trees and mountains and talk about concerts. Ah, the good old days! I have been to just about every state in America and my favorite is California. (too bad the politicians are ruining it)

I have been on a low carb diet for 23 days and I have lost 11 pounds. I've tried so many diets I finally realized what works for me and what doesn't.

I wanted to know if anyone knows if MediCAL will cover the cost of surgery (either gastric bypass, or lap-band). I am at least 100 pounds over weight, and I a Morbidly Obese because my BMI is 42. If anyone has any information on this let me know. I was looking stuff up online, but I read mixed reviews. Some day they cover it if it is NECESSARY, but then I come across sites that say they won't. Can anyone help me please?
