Sport Butter or Marg...

Sport Fitness
All I know is that I trust my father's (sports doctor and nutritionist) opinion, because he knows a hell of a lot more than I do about biochemistry. He has stated over and over again, that he believes margarine to be one of the worst things on the planet someone can consume.

I think butter got a bad rep in the same way egg yolks did. People date themselves when they make these antiquated and disproven arguments.

I agree butter may not be the best choice, and possibly should be avoided entirely, but I would tell anyone, even the most out of shape person to choose it over butter any day.

So you are saying to choose butter over marg, right?

But like if you would of have just toast ....you put butter on them!!!!

Yea me too i try not to eat it marg and butter but its hard not too....

I don't eat toast. I consider bread a refined carbohydrate, so I very much limit it in my diet.

I cannot even recall the last time I had a piece of toast at breakfast.

oh really!!!!
So what do you eat for Breakfast?

eggs, and often some old fashioned oatmeal.

if i have cold cereal (due to a rush) I keep Fiber One in the house, and I'll hardboil some eggs (vs. scrambling them like most mornings).

I also keep high fiber, low carb wraps in the house. 21g of fiber and only 9g of net carbs...make for good breakfast burritos when filled with eggs, tabasco and a bit of low fat cheese.
