BSN NO-Xplode

Hey, Im 16 and weigh 118lbs and im 5'6. Im a little small but decent shape. I take whey right now and really want to take BSN NO-Xplode. Is it good for me and will it make my muscles grow. I would use it for pre workout and it sounds amazing. Thanks

It has 2000MG of SYNTHETIC b12(Cyanocobalamin). That is reason enough to leave it alone.
Aswell the Phosphorus is of a concern.
here is SMALL ( i know, redundant to CAP the word Small) list of reasons not to ingest this over hyped and totally worthless product. In bold are the reasons

Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Lemon Juice Powder, Malic Acid, Potassium Citrate, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Aspartame, Acesulfame Potassium, FD&C Red 40, FD&C Blue 1.

Here's the deal - nitric oxide products....do nothing useful. period. end of story.

NO, arginine, AKG....all these do is dilate blood vessels, allowing a little more blood into your muscles (and the erectile tissue in you *****). This does NOT translate to more strength, more muscle mass, more muscle...

Basically its an induced pump in the muscles. The same pump you get from actually working out with weights in a proper manner...except weight training WILL give more strength, mass, and other health benefits.

So, if you have 'soft wood' in the bedroom, NO products can be helpful before you go for Viagra. In the gym, its nothing more than a fake pump. NO Xplode has a bunch of other crap in it too, and a few useful things, but its so damned expensive you're WAY better off buying those couple supps (like pure creatine), which also gives you more dosage control.

...all this in addition to what my peers have already pointed out. Always remember that 60% of the supplement industry is just hype...no results. NO products are popular because you can see and feel the pump/hemo-dilation. But no one has proven it does ANYTHING beneficial in terms of training.

And for the record, I have tried L-arginine supplementation ,and felt the added pump. while i was at it, I chisled down a few large rocks with my wood.

next time you get a spam email to enhance your wang size, check out the ingredient. I guarantee some form of arganine is a primary ingredient.

and some dried goat anus

I tried some yesterday and after my workout, I had an @ss explode in the bathroom! Is this normal? I'm sorry for the vulgar choice of works, but I had the runs like you wouldn't believe!

lol

I guess I don't know much about NO Explode, I taught it was a pre-workout drink.

BSN ASS-EXPLODE, thats too good.

same

i was about to post this same thread...
if this doesnt work, then how come it looks like it does
i have about 5 friends that i kno are taking it regularly, and i can personally tell there arms have gotten bigger... how does that happen? same workout, just with NO xplode... is it really bad for you? i mean, i trust u guys over some 18 year old meatheads, but still...
if i want to get mass what should i take then? if anything?

TheCrazy...re-read my posts. NO2 products ABSOLUTELY will increase the size of your muscles...but only because they are more engorged with blood.

The rest of the increase in muscle size would be due to ACTUALLY WORKING OUT.

Long term arginine use can be bad for you, yes. But the bigger issue is it does JACK **** for REAL GAINS.

^^^Malkore what if your on a cutting diet and decided to take this...will it still increase arm size

I know this question was for Malkore, but I believe you misunderstood his post. your actual muscle does not grow, but rather it swells during your workout. This is due to increased bloodflow to your muscles, from using this product. the swelling, or "pump", goes away within a couple hours of your workout, leaving with you the same results you would have without wasting your money.

In other words, it does not matter if you are cutting or bulking, NO-xplode is basically a gimmick product that does not provide any real increase in muscle strength or size once the pump goes away.

I have used it for a while now I love it, I have seen great gains in the gym from it, I would think the blood that you get in youre muscles, from the pump would carry more nutrients, and vitamins allowing youre muscles to grow. This product also seems to be easier, on the stomach versus Monohydrate.

I do believe this is a great supplement! Different oppinions make horse races. I do believe there is alot hype in supplements and I have bought into some (MYOZENE) but this like I said I think this is a good one.. And just about every serious lifter in my gym uses it as well!

If this stuff is messing with your blood vessles could it induce or aggravate heart disease?

Pleae let me know as my Husband takes this stuff and there is a history of heart disease in his family (although he has not been disagnosed).

Thnx

Ya I've just started using the stuff and have slowly noticed a difference. One of my buddies recommended it, and the comparison of what he looks like now to what he did when he started is wild.

All in all, I say its a personal opinion (as Country Boy does) if you use it and enjoy the results, then stick with it

O and by the way, I did some research regarding the risk of heart disease and stroke with the use of NO-Xplode...

To paraphrase, Nitric Oxide is 'supposed' to have the ability to prevent or help protect against heart disease and strokes. There have even been books written on the subject...

However, other sources say that with a history of seizures, strokes, heart attacks, heart disease, etc. that a doctor should be seen.

With that being said, I say your best and safest bet would be to have your husband see a doctor. If not for the safety of the product, maybe just to see what a well-read, professional may have to say about the stuff.

Hopefully some of that helped.

Good luck!
