BOSU Training?

I'm confused.

Whats this big craze of using BOSU balls in training? Is there anyone out there who really thinks that they are good for anything other than balancing on?

I use BOSUs in my classes ALL the time. They can give you a great cardio or strength workout, they allow you to work your core, and help with balance! I even use them in my Seniors class! I love them!! :)
