Morning, Angel.

IMO, dont look to over the counter diet pills for an added boost, young lady.

YOU are the MASTER FAT BLASTER of all time.

Remember another thing, there are many ways to create an atmosphere to increase fat loss per week other than just cutting calories or meals. Personally, I like to allow exercise to draw the deficit. I dont do this all the time, but will if hunger is becoming a problem as this can allow more calories and still allow a deficit.

For example: if My MT Line is 2400c (which would included work, and my Weight training session), I would eat here at this MT LINE (maintenance). Then I would add in a cardio session of about 25m or so, and draw down to an approximate deficit. And if necessary add in another cardio session. You can tweak your exercise program, and at the same time allow yourself to eat more (and lose weight at the same time). Just be creative, its not about cutting the food back all the time (of course this is an available option), but its not the only one. One can increase calories (reasonably) over what one has been eating, and increase (reasonably) exercise and create the atmosphere for an additional fat loss.

Its all about creating an energy deficit, and there are many ways to skin this cat.

This is one reason I am an advocate of monitoring calories. If you know where you are at, one can manipulate the calories/exercise ratio and combat many weaknesses and increase fat loss if necessary, and this can stave off many problems in my opinion. But, this is just me.

Personally, I like using cardio as my calorie manipulator. But one can use other forms of exercise

Just Chillen in some extra thoughts for the young lady.

Enjoy your day! Be Happy!

ROCK ON!

Wish you the best in all that you set out to do in life and in fitness,

Chillen

Thanks Chillen:)
I am also going to try an excercise more, especially on the cardio because i've a treadmill at home, also as I drop the weight I want my body to stay toned and firm and excercise I think is the best way to go about it:jump1::)

I know this sounds extreme but i'm convinced its something that can be and has been done so if anyone has any tips will be helpful, basically I want to lose 15kg in 4weeks, I know it can be done! am taking a 5day break next month and wont feel good on the beach if i'm any heavier and losing more than 15kg in 4weeks i think is pushing it but i'm sure that much can b lost with the right determintaion, anyone have any tips on workouts/foods to help??thanks:)!

Don't cut your meals! No! If eating only 3 meals per day works, then 2 meals will work better and faster. And eating only 1 meal is the bestest. Hey, why bother eating at all??? Ha-ha! Just kidding.

It's a common mistake to think that if you do MORE of something, then you'll benefit. Listen to Chillen about tracking those calories & deficits. If you really do need to cut more calories, then distribute them throughout the day in your meals. But remember that healthy weight-loss is about slow, steady progress - there is no quick fix!

Also, don't worry about the past. Now...you're starting to see the progress, you want to make the change: It's time to get those work-outs started! If not, you will lose weight, but it will be muscle mass, and then you can wind up "skinny fat," not toned & lean.

Note: I saw your response to Chillen after I replied. Let me add the following:

- 15 kg in 4 weeks is WAY too fast for healthy fat loss. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

- Look into resistance training as opposed to cardio as a way of maximizing fat loss (& minimizing loss of muscle mass)

Please don't restrict your calories beyond what is reasonable. What will end up happening is your body will go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism to darn near nuthin. You think it's tough losing now? It will be 10x as tough if you starve yourself and your metabolism slows way down. Please, please listen. We don't want you to get into a situation that is more difficult to get out of. Listen to Chillmeister. Cut your calories reasonably and make up the rest, within reason, by exercising. Good luck and thanks for being open to our input. Greg
