I hope were all ready for weigh in tomorrow. Ellen that is great. I don't think I will reach my first goal. I will lose weight though. How is everyone else doing. We need to be helping each other.

hey everyone! hope everyones doing well, im down to 145 because ive had a horrible flu all week, hopefully i wont gain it all back once i feel better
 
Thats a big whopping loss annetty! Good stuff. But not too good about the flu. Hope you are feeling a bit better.

Aren't we a real talkative group. Hope were all ready for out weigh in tomorrow. I've had a good week so of course I'm ready. Isn't it funny how the scale is your Friend when you have a good week.

Last week was a good week. This week has gotten off to a bad start already. Man this just gets harder every week and not easier
