When a kid from my school had jaw surgery he pureed French fries with ketchup and mayonaise and sucked it through a milkshake straw so I guess you can soften up any food if you really want to but I can't imagine it being nice at all. I hope your gums won't hurt too much.

Today---

247.4 (mainly logging just losses)

Exercise-

Not skipping Sundays anymore
as I don't get it in daily anymore.

Food-
Going to be leftover meatloaf.
Idk how to describe the amount.
Um I made it with 2 lbs of ground beef and spices.
1 piece was shared so I guess
divide the rest over 2 days
1 person?

It sounds awful but I get the idea.

Too discouraged right now to care much
with the upcoming meds. changes.
Without it I don't have a chance.
Especially since lifestyle changes
Like weight loss and exercise doesn't help.
 
Not going to be able to get the new meds change.
No finances to do so. It requires all new devices
and tips.

Did the 6 songs yesterday and today.

Not sure what to eat anymore now.
Lifestyles changes has never controlled
or helped my health issues. ( Bs or bp )
 
1.5 cups canned beans
1.5 cups canned pasta

Eating twice a day has seemed
to stop my weight loss.
Even with Exercise.
But I don't expect anything from
6 songs anyway.
Still thinking on what diet changes need to be done
with the meds. change/lack of.
I don't like where my thoughts
are going with it.
 
What makes the juice, diet juice, Blue? is it just unsweetened with sugar?
It says--

filtered water, reconstituted grape juice,

250ml.

40 calories for 1 cup (250ml)

Leftover homemade meatballs
(Baked in pasta sauce and made with mayo. to help them
be soft enough)

to split the food up still.

I have new food goals but I can't
decide on them for sure until
after medical appointment tomorrow.
And after food shopping. The day after tomorrow (wed.).
Deciding on Thursday.
