I think the fact that you haven't been able to move much for the past couple of years could mean you have less muscle mass and less NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) than those recommendations are based on. It sucks and it's rare but some people really do burn fewer calories than we'd expect.the number 1 thing wrong with the scale

Glad the meat worked for you. The high sodium would probably push your scale weight up because of water retention but that should go down again with a couple of days of drinking enough water.the meat was ok
i wont need any salt for a week now
