Blair Witch project.

Watched this yesterday and i have to say its the scariest movie i have ever seen!!! I have seen it before but so long ago that i forgot. Nothing compares to this at all, and its on a entirely different level then every other horror film :eek2:

You don't watch much horror do you?......lol :p

um have you guys even seen it? i have seen like every horror movie there is...give me some names of what you think is worse and ill probably laugh at it.

I saw the flick with my two sons, it was okay. I have seen better.

Hope everyone's day went well!

Best regards,

Chillen

Quinton Tarintino or however you say it has some pretty messed up stuff. My brother is a big horror movie fan and when ever he comes over I can pretty much guarantee he is going to turn up with a dvd.

Not really scary, but I did like watching this episode. Some of these Masters of Horror videos are pretty good. :)

I haven't seen the movie so i could be completely wrong here but maybe the reason you found it so scary is the way it is filmed makes it seem more real than the typical high budget Hollywood movie.

Seriously? I think I laughed more while watching Blair Witch than I did 30 Days of Night.

Scaries movie ever-watching Poltergeist when you're 7 with the lights off. But to add to it, you have to fall asleep and then wake up when the white snow and static is on the tv.

Heck, the original HellRaiser is much scarier than Blair Witch.

My top picks...
Poltergeist, Hell Raiser, The Exorcist, The Omen

And I still have to give it up for Psycho and The Shining

The Exorcist and the Omen are my tops too. I think different movies just resonate with different people. The Sixth Sense creeped me out, some people think I'm goofy when I say that. Who knows?

I liked the Shining, but I don't think it was terrifying. Those little girls were creepy though

I thought BWP was stupid. Exorcist was weird and creepy but not so scary.

The original Omen with Gregory Peck, Halloween with Jamie Lee Curtis and Friday the 13th with Kevin Bacon, were the three scariest movies I ever saw.

Can't forget The Shining, Jaws, Psycho. I liked The Descent, Audition and Haute Tension recently, too. Blair Witch was innovative at the time, but I wouldn't watch it again.

I saw the Exorcist at a slumber party when I was in third grade and, for some reason, it didn't scare me. On the other hand, I will NEVER watch The Omen again. I almost crapped my pants.

Has anyone seen Return of the Living Dead? That was my favorite movie when I was in elementary school (don't ask why)!

The Grudge II Japanese version was f'n scary. Surround sound with lights off, holy crap. American Grudge sucked.

BWP was scary when people thought it was true. BWP II was pretty funny. Texas Chainsaw was scary when it was hyped as based on a true story, now that I know it was Ed Gaines, I cant even watch it again.

I dont remember watching Exorcist as a kid, but now I watch it and laugh. Are we talking the new Omen or the OG?

I remember being scared watching the Poltergeist series. I watched Friday the 13th part IV so many times none of those scared me. Original Halloween and Nightmare on Elm were pretty scary. I mean, you want me to sleep after I just seen someone who comes after you in your sleep, get the hell outta here.

30 days of night was ****...i don't think it was supposed to be scary. It dident hold any thing back and you saw the vampires walking around most the time. Blair witch is easily the best scary movie ever i am sorry. I think people just dis on it because they dident get to see some big scary monster or some possessed little girl or some ****ing lame ass **** like that. You have no idea whats going on and you can completely tell from the looks on there faces and sounds in there voices of how scared they are. This on like a handy cam with the sense of realness makes it so good. Go watch it again at night in the dark with some one or on your own and i am sure you will come back to me with a different opinion.

The exorcist and Omen are child's play. movies with possessed people are farking lame.

Any one who has not seen blair witch i highly recommend that you watch it if you want a scary flick. You must watch it in the dark though and don't have any distractions while watching it to take away from the experience.
