I was hoping to do a little better this week, but I had a salty dinner last night so I'm up 2lbs since yesterday. Still a 2.6lb. loss for the week though, and probably just means a bigger loss for next week. Wee!

eeeek i know, the big weigh in just got back from the gym 'last chance work out' lol! Was really good and feel so great after it! Hope everyone is getting on good. Fingers crossed for the weigh in too hehe x

Good morning My weight as of this morning (January 26) is 186 pounds.
January 19: 187 pounds
January 26: 186 pounds
But I must say it hasn't been a good week. I found I cheated and strayed from my diet a lot the last 7 days. While I'm happy I increased my exercise to 6 days, I am very disappointed in myself for giving into cravings. I feel like I've lost sight of my goal and am looking to get the weight loss back on track and some motivation. Can anyone help?
