I'm surprised to see you disappointed with an 8lb loss in one week! That's over half a stone! Wow!

I was hoping to do a little better this week, but I had a salty dinner last night so I'm up 2lbs since yesterday. Still a 2.6lb. loss for the week though, and probably just means a bigger loss for next week. :) Wee!

Good morning :) My weight as of this morning (January 26) is 186 pounds.

January 19: 187 pounds
January 26: 186 pounds

But I must say it hasn't been a good week. I found I cheated and strayed from my diet a lot the last 7 days. While I'm happy I increased my exercise to 6 days, I am very disappointed in myself for giving into cravings. I feel like I've lost sight of my goal and am looking to get the weight loss back on track and some motivation. Can anyone help?

Perhaps you're retaining. I went to my weight loss doctor on Sunday to get weighed and for the second week, I was 187 lbs. She told me I'm probably retaining some liquids or something else and that she expects if I weigh myself on Tuesday I will be less. I weighed myself today and my scale read 185 - 186 (just rounded up to 186 for ease). Try weighing yourself at the end of the week....maybe you have lost after all!

Today's weight. 223.6

I'm hoping for at least a 2 pound loss this next week.

Week 2

What a weird week! Weighed in this morning at 298.00 on the nose again. I should qualify that weigh in by noting that my first weigh it was during a weird 3 day period were my body retained all liquid I put in it, and this morning's weigh it was much drier :p Expecting a much more realistic weigh in next tuesday, but in the meantime,

eeeek i know, the big weigh in :) just got back from the gym 'last chance work out' lol! Was really good and feel so great after it! Hope everyone is getting on good. Fingers crossed for the weigh in too hehe x

On the bright side, you worked out 6 days! You lost 1 pound! That is something to be proud of. Take it one day at a time, and don't give up. You'll get there. You are on the right track.

Try to prep your food this week, that might help you stay on track when you have your meals ready to go, instead of having to make choices when hungry takes over.
