I lost two pounds this week :)

Red, I've kind of fallen off the diet, only because of the lack of foods to eat in the house. We're going grocery shopping today, though, so I'll get back onto the swing tomorrow.

This Is A Few Things I Am Doing For This Week I Am Eating My Turkey And Chicken With Lettuce Leafs As My Bread! I Have The Flavor Waters In The 33.8 Oz Bottle And Drinking 3 A Day! Cutting Out Diet Drinks Except Maybe One A Day! I Am Eating Cantaloupe And Watermelon And Fress Veges! I Think Before I Start To Cheat Now And Tell Myself Tina It Will Take Longer To Get In That Summer Outfit You Want At Work! Then I Tell Myself You Want To Be Tan And Little This Summer In That Pool In The Backyard So You Better Get Something Healthy Think Of What Would Taste Good? Strawberries Etc? Hehe Anyways It S Working I Think! I Am Buying Me A Treadmill And A Elliptical Excerciser Here In The Next Few Weeks With My Income Tax Money! I Plan On Doing One Or The Other When I Come In Late At Night Still Wired From Work! I Am Going To Do This And I Am Going To Be Behind You Guys Pushing You To Do The Same And Get To Your Goals! So Get Ready It May Be Late Posts But I Am Goping To Keep Track Better Of Your Daily Journals! Hehehehe

ok girl my weigh in this morn monday feb 13 2006 is 227! I am going to lose this week you guys are doing great! S kate you went past your goal congrads girl great job! cms just post the weights and I need to know last weeks losses that you have to post! It is you or kates turn to post this week not sure which of you were the biggest loser! :) Just have fun and be craetive there is nothing to posted the stuff and pushing others! I want to get to 220 this week and i am doubling my excercise schedule to do it! I know it can be done!

I didn't loose anything this week :( Ah well, I didn't really eat too well, and hardly exercised, so I'm not too disapointed.
 
Is weight watcher working for you?

Hello - I am new here and saw that you are doing weight watchers. I started last week and totally flopped this week. I love food and hate being over weight. I have been eating very healthy so I am eating pretty much all day. But it is a challenge not to eat what is bad for me. I did not lose even 1 pound my first week and I got so fusturated I flopped. I keep trying to jump back on but keep failing. I was hopeing maybe you could give me some advice to help me stay on the program.
