Biceps Size

On the serious side: Packn are you overall weight training? Have the diet in order? Arm size is really relative to body weight and size on average.

I weigh 170lbs and stand a wopping 5'10.995" tall:eek2: My BF is 11.5-12.5% according to my fancy new fanggled electronic scale.

Mine's 15 inches.

Oh..we're talking about biceps - well; mine aren't that big - it depends how fat your arm is or if someone genuinly has a massive arm!

I have 3's. Ive been doing incline curls, preacher curls, and dumbell curls but i havent seen any improvment in months. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong. Im 15, 5'8, 100 pounds. I dont work out my legs either because thanfully ive been blessed with big strong legs, any advice?

Don't worry that much about the different kind of curls you do. Preacher, incline, dumbell, etc. Especially dumbell if you are only looking to increase size, as a dumbell workout would be for more of defining exercise in an advanced routine. Go for regular curl exercises using a standard curl bar. If you had a lower chain resistance with a curl bar attatchment, that'd be great, but otherwise just use a curl bar standing up and I wouldn't suggest using a precher chair because those can be more harmful than helpful depending on the angle you have- just be very controlled and go down slowly. Do about five sets of 8-10 reps and move up when you can get it.

At a young age, the main thing we need to see for progress is growth- something that sadly is beyond our control.

I'm pretty sure jake was joking (having seen his pictures on his journal)

Also, doing rows/pullups is alot more helpful for getting bigger/stronger biceps fyi.

There's no serious effort to be serious in this thread.

what the hell does this even mean
