Biceps Size

I think, I may be wrong that there is already a bicep size thread.

Mine's 29'. You see anyone can make up things online. Without a picture there is no real point.

Yeah, but generally people are trusted on these forums. And besides, you can tell when some guy just suddenly comes around saying he can bench 400kg, that it's absolute bs.

Don't you measure the circumfrence of the whole part of that arm? if so why is it called bicep size because you have triceps in it too.

I have 3's. Ive been doing incline curls, preacher curls, and dumbell curls but i havent seen any improvment in months. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong. Im 15, 5'8, 100 pounds. I dont work out my legs either because thanfully ive been blessed with big strong legs, any advice?

What??? No hammer curls??? Are you stupid or something? How do you expect your biceps to grow with only 3 curl variations per session?

And maybe try losing weight to get ripped like Bruce Lee

(I hope no one takes this thread seriously)

yeah do hammer curls 3 sets of 300 reps with very light weight about 5lbs your arms will be huge within 4 days

Geesh, if I must....... 15 1/2"--arm size, leg size, er.......12" circumference

:) ab squares, 1 1/2" top two square (under chest plate), 3" second 2 row, and 2 1/2" bottom two square (torso curls work GREAT!..............:)
