Weight-Loss Beginning January 1st. Quarterly challenge?

I'm new to this forum but would definitely like to participate in this challenge.
 
Im in as well. If I can control my eating I should do well.

My goal weight is to be 250lbs by April 1st
 
Sorry I'm new here :) Wasn't sure of the rules.
FYI, there aren't really rules.... it's just how it works. This isn't the actual thread. The challenge will be January 1st, and will start in a whole new glorious thread. Take a look at the December challenge thread to get an idea of how it works. And I'm still fairly new here myself. ;)
 
I'm new to posting here, but have been lurking for about a year! I would love to join the challenge, just what I need to stay on track! I'll be waiting for your glorious thread!
 
I'm in, I was hoping for a challenge like this! I'd already set my goal weight target date as the 26th of March, so this is perfect :D
 
After the Christmas feast, during which I have already gained 2 kg in 6 days :sifone:, I can't wait to get this challenge started. To meet my target I have already planned to do three things:

1. Go back to writing a food diary for each and every day

2. Stick to a strict 1200 +/- 200 kcal a day diet

3. I have planned for 5 (1½ hour) gym sessions per week (in total 60+ gym sessions during three months). And I have already payed for the first month

If this does not give some real results I don't know what will :willy_nilly:

I'm so pumped up to do this now.

One question though...

When are the weigh ins going to be during this challenge? I think January 1st and Mars 31st are given, but in between those? Two times a month, eg 15th and 31st/28th or weekly or just once a month, last of each month? Personally I think 2 times per month (15th and 31st/28th) would be appropriate.

Perfect! yep def in....but....I don't want to weigh myself just yet...I have an idea of what I weigh....maybe i could just wiegh in at the end of the month?? for now kinda just want to actually keep up ex/health eating for the month...by 3months..i should be almost back at my 'normal weight'...but yea..keen on just establishing routine for now so it becomes habbit :)
 
I think we all should post "Before" pics (...MONSTER) or im gonna spam the thread with "PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN" :troll::newangel::waving:

I honestly haven't thought that far in advance.
haha. I guess that would be fine, since I think most of us will also probably take part in the monthly challenges.
