Jeez-freakin-louise, I'm really starting to feel the pressure at school. Only a week and a half left in the term, and then I've got finals to worry about!

I need to learn to turn off the freakin' video games!!

I feel some of the stress lifted from me. Last night was so unbelievably dead at work I was able to completely reorganize my Swedish notes, which were in a state of complete chaos. One of the perks of being a Canadian working in a call center taking American calls: I get the Canadian holidays off, and may as well have the American ones off too because nobody calls on them :D

Tonight will be spent studying some more, this time on the deviance class that is somewhat more pressing. I really respect this teacher because the way she does her tests is that she'll give us the questions that will be on the test before hand, and they're all essay-style questions. The questions are completely relevant to the course work, but she never actually answers them in class so that we have to think for ourselves. I defintely respect this style of teaching, but from the perspective of the student, it is really annoying because its that much harder to prepare for ;) I can't just regurgitate my notes back to her for an 80 like with other classes.

i used to work in a call centre and loved it - we had such a laugh there!
let us know what the chicken parmiagiano is like i like the soiund of that one

Hey Sez, the chicken parmigiano was pretty good... it was a slightly bland, but I think that was because I couldn't decide what veggies to get on it, so I only had lettuse and onion. The onion added a little zing, but not quite enough (and I think the peppers would be a bit too much!)

I liked yesterday at work, but in general, I don't really like my job that much. I work for a big company so everything is stats, stats, stats, and the management is absolutely unbearable. If I could just do my job at my own rate, I think I would be much happier, because I do enjoy helping people.

Saturday:

Breakfast: bacon and egg bagel - 550
Lunch: leftover pizza (2 slices) - 750
Snack: none
Dinner: hamburger helper - 500
Total: 1800... little over :(

Water: 3L=96oz, and 1L of diet pepsi (I was so tired, I needed it!)

I had such a weird dream last night. I dreamt that I was really thirsty and was trying to drink from my water bottle. Except, I was barely getting a little trickle no matter how hard I sucked on it. I don't remember much else about it though... Then when I woke up I drank a full three glasses of water before my shower. ;)

I'm relaxing more about my catch-up studying. I finished my leftover swedish homework last night, and have just about finished the reading for my test on monday (now I just need to plan my responses). Up next: catching up on reading for two more classes.

Hey! I used to work in a call center too! We had so much fun! I just loved it when the dialer went down... Ours was an inbound and outbound call center and I had the outbound.. It was so nice getting a break once in a while.. Especially when you felt alot of pressure to sell!

I have worked in 4 different call centers and hated everyone!! I guess it's because I can't stand having to sit there doing nothing. My dream job would have me outside working with animals. Trying to be able to go to school to become a vet technician. So, how was your Canadian Thanksgiving? What's that like?

Sunday:
Breakfast: some sort of pastry-thing: 400
Lunch: left over hamburger helper: 400
Dinner: half a porkchop, cheesy potatoes, grilled veggies: 650
Total: 1450

Water: 1L - 32oz

I imagine Canadian thanksgiving is a lot like the American one... giant turkey dinner with all the fixin's (I like the stuffing best personally), and general family togetherness. We don't have a set date for it, its just the first Monday in October, but most families celebrate on Sunday. We don't have as much football for our Thanksgiving though ;) This year I had to go to two, because my fiance's family had their dinner on sunday, and mine was on monday, so we couldn't go to just one without offending...

Monday:
WEIGH IN: 193.4! Woot, total loss of 3lbs!

Snack: bowl of cherios, granola bar - 300
Dinner: perogies and sour cream - 400
Total: 1300

Water: 1.5L = 48oz

Thanks for the congrats girls, I think I'm gonna need the good feelings to get through today... where I have listed there that I had cereal for breakfast is wrong. I wrote it out intending to get some cereal but then forgot to make myself anything for breakfast! Then of course I forgot my waterbottle at home, and my money, so I can't even grab anything from the food court.

I'm going into an exam starving and thirsty, and won't be home until 4 to fix it :(

*grumble mumble b*tch and moan...*
