Oh man, I just decided I didn't like the title of my last journal at all, so I'm starting a new one now. That and I've decided that last week just didn't happen at all I was so bad! >< So I'm starting over.
High weight - 210lbs
Low weight - 170lbs
Current weight - 194lbs
Current goal - 190lbs
Ultimate goal - 150lbs.
Saturday:
Breakfast - Bacon and Egg bagel - 550
Snack - small caesar salad - 200
Lunch - chicken breast and a couple slices of cheese - 300+150=450
Snack - garden salad w/cheese and ranch dressing - 200
Dinner - english muffin w/butter - 150
Total - 1500! Whew that was close!
Also, holy dang my thighs hurt! I went bowling last night, not even for that long (like an hour and a half), and all the way up the back of my thigh and my butt and my hip all hurt like heck. My fingers a little too. I didn't realize it was such a muscle work out! Not much calorie burning though, I bet
