I like this Cate . I am struggling with everything going on in my life and so much is not being done. But I am focusing on my diet plan . I am trying to not let it get to me that I am not keeping on top of house and paperwork. Today I am going to visit a friend and maybe spend 20 mins declutterimg . Can't think beyond that .As of this moment I am going to nurture my body, concentrate on losing weight again & exercise more. My body deserves that.
Petal, and Cate, I think this is just the way of the world. Always more that we want to and probably should do than we end up doing. The trick is to be satisfied with what we actually do, and most of the time that's good enough. Easier said than done I know. & that's what we must do. Our health & well-being is as important as anything else.You cannot seem to go wrong with healthful activities including nourishing, resting, exercising your mind and body. It’s easy to forget this in many moments though.

i was going to open it on a special occasion, but perhaps we underestimate every day as being special?
2oz / 16 oz of coffee is a little less than the recommended dosage if that's any concession.
