Back (AGAIN)

So it's July 15th, 2020!

I am happy to report that I am down SIXTY pounds as of this morning! I have also been going to the gym regularly for a few weeks now. It feels good to back in there!

I had my first "cheat meal" today. The first I have had in MONTHS. and really, it wasn't all that great. It was good at first, but now I just kind of feel like I ate like crap. Hoping that means my brain is rewired in the right direction!

I am so excited for all of the progress! About 35 more pounds and I'll be at 300, then it's on down to 250!

I loved reading that your “cheat” meal was disappointing. If it was junk food that is excellent. It sounds like you have switched something around in your brain & your body will thank you.

Hey Marc, that is great! Good work, I am sure you are feeling a lot better. You are now about where I was a year and a half ago.

Funny how that works, I have not had a cheat meal, but there have been times when I ate a bit more than planned, it never felt good. Your brain is getting into the right place.
