So before my mid-week light squat day, heavy dead and heavy push press day I turned my ankle mowing my grass. Big pot hole in the yard, it swelled up and I couldn't do my Thursday or Saturday workouts:(. So I did the next best thing, Max out on Bench press.

Started off 135 x 10 - just to warm up this was all speed as fast as I could go

185 x 5 - little more weight easy

205 x 3 - easy

225 x 2 - moved easy

255 x 1 - seemed lighter than a few months ago

what the he** 280 - got it new PR 280 at 235 wow:jump1:

I'm going to start this week over on Tuesdays

Started this week over because of ankle injury.

Squat 5x5 heavy set of 310 - last rep very hard got it

Beach 5x5 heavy set of 230 - lat set failed at rep 5 (made 4 reps this time):

Row 5x5 heavy set of 210 - got it last rep last set hard

Light squat day

squat 5x5 up to 235- easy easy

push press 5x5 up to 170 - could have done 10lb more:)

dead lift 5x5 up to 310 - hard as hell (loss of 23lb has killed my deads)

I also do some ISO stuff weighted sit ups, chin ups, and one set of bi-curls per week.

So this is heavy day, didn't have time to row tonight will do it in AM.

Squat- 5x5 x3 heavy set of 315- got it x3 hard as he**

bench- 5x5 x3 heavy set 235 - got it last rep went up SLOW (don't think I'll make x5 on Tuesday)

didn't row no Time will Do in am

I need to weigh in, still cutting my weight is stuck around 235, might try to reduce calories to around 2000 a day.

try to do heavy set x5, today went well feel strong and it shows:jump1:

squat x5 to 315 - felt great could have done 10lb more

bench x5 to 235 - got 4 reps up and just missed the 5th:jump1:

row x5 to 215 - got all reps this is getting real heavy

Will weigh in soon.
 
Mt home computer took a sh** and I had to update journal from work (first day back in over a week)

light squat day

Squat - to 5x5 235 - easy easy

push press - to 5x5 175 - last rep last set hard as he**

dead lift - to 5x5 315 - failed last rep (weight loss has killed my deads)

Deads are on the down swing will keep going until I've failed Heavy trips.
 
Day to move all weight up!!

Squat - to a heavy x3 325 - go it could have done more reps

bench - to a heavy x3 240 - go it last rep went up slow

row - to a heavy x3 220 - go it last set was killing me

Rows are a very explosive movement!! I love to row:newbie:

squat 5x5 to 325 - only got 4 on last set

Bench 5x5x to 240 - only got 3 on this need a spotter

Row 5x5 to 220 - got it love this exercise
