So I've been lurking around for a few months and it's time to start a journal.
Background-- I'm a male 32 6'0 tall 238 pounds (2 months ago 258) been cutting for 2 months all lifts stalling. Been doing bill Starrs 5x5 and love it.
Goals-- Cut weight to 210 and keep the strength gains I've made in the past 6 months.
So Tuesday is my heavy day
Squats 5x5 to a heavy set of 295 no problem
Bench 5x5 to a heavy set of 220 failed on last rep
row 5x5 heavy set 205 no problem
Finished the day with 2250 cal.
I feel better look better but my upper body lifts are stalling
