attempting to bulk

here are my stats:

age 22
6'2


beginning weight 154
now 160

the first one is from a few weeks back. Sorry about the pic quality (cell phone) I dont know if you can see any change it's only a few lbs.

Great job,looking good (no ^^^^) , you're very lean, and you don't look skinny
I'm suprised that you don't look skinny at 6'2 160 pounds.
I'm 6'1 and 200 pounds and I think i look skinny :D.
Keep on bulking!

You have a great body to bulk with!! Just keep working out the abs...I personally would hate to see those leave lol...
 
lean and clean upper body man.. maybe try to bulk some on the leg? You do not look skinny from your upper body pictures but I am Guessing here, but is your leg pretty small?

you guessed it, my legs (thighs especially) are pretty skinny. I am doing a full body routine so hopefully nothing should be left behind.
 
just some updates for all who care, I'm up to 166 lbs. The bulking is going slow and steady but its mostly muscle so I'm pleased.

If you keep track of what you do and post it in the journals section other members on this site might be able to help you with any questions you may have or anything other see might be going wrong/right

But if you don't think you're going to post in it I advise against it. Cause there are so many threads in there that do that. It's ****ing annoying :D

I'v had a couple people pm me for my diet so I thought I post a example of a typical day for me: (everything is organic)

morning:

2 bowls of oatmeal w/ cinnamon, raw milk, fruit
3-4 eggs scrambled
2 cups jasmine green tea

afternoon:

3 chicken breast
veggie plate (carrots, celery, radish, cucumber, green pepper)
cheese

dinner:

hard to say since I'm not cooking for myself at the moment

night:

peanut butter and apple
2 chicken breast
chamomile tea
maybe oatmeal again
