Ok, I found this and thought it would fit right in here!!! What do you say ladies?
For National Women's Health Week 2006, the Office on Women's Health sponsored an 8-week national physical activity challenge called the WOMAN (Women and girls On the Move Across the Nation) Challenge. The first 6,800 participants received a free pedometer and tracking log to record their daily steps/activity.
The Challenge offered women and girls two options for participating: either as an individual or as a team consisting of two to ten (2-10) participants. Participants self reported their daily step totals on a personal WOMAN Challenge online account to move them along their chosen virtual route. As participants entered their steps, the WOMAN Challenge web site calculated weekly step totals, average daily steps, percent of weekly increase/decrease in physical activity, and distance traveled on the virtual route. Throughout the Challenge, participants received automatic progress reports, motivational emails, and health education.

The 2007 WOMAN Challenge is coming soon.
The WOMAN Challenge will kick off with the start of Women's Health Week:
