for me its a bit different, like i want to look good but i do not want to be bulky. As my sport is cycling and triathlon strength is important but is mainly legs so i want my upper body to look good (i think it does ) but i take training my legs for strength quite passionatly.
I voted for strength but I also want to look good naked. But still, strength is my priority. I want to be powerful, do more pull-ups and push-ups, increase my stamina and my lower back strength.
Approching 40 later this year and its definitely how I look for me...There are pro's and cons for this I suppose because on looking at past strong man comps on tv, some seriously strong men look like huge fat b******s.
So whilst they could pull a truck or lift a washing machine repeatedly over their heads, they just look bad!
