I really blew it this month. No excuses, I didn't stick to my diet :(.

Was expecting that gain after all the drinking Easter! Oh well always next month :)

Sorry i was so busy with exams that i didn't update my weight loss for the last 2 weeks. Anyways, here goes:

Fantastic, after the disastor that was June this feels like a real fresh start.

Well my final weight was 173, so a 3 pound loss in the month. Poor show! Don't expect next month to be much better!! But still onwards we go!!
