I want to join the April challenge! I'm sorry I'm a bit late joining...I've gotta go back through my records at home and find out my start weight, so it might be edited a bit, cause I'm trying to go from memory

Start Weight: 123.2 (Mar 31)

April 6 = 120.6
April 13 = 120.2
April 20 = 121.7 (ugh)
April 27 =


Total April Loss: 1.5 lbs

Percentage lost: 1.85%

To find your percentage
Take your starting weight - ending weight = Pounds lost
Then divide pounds lost/ starting weight and get the percentage lost

No worries about being late joining, it doesn't really matter when you join!
If being in this group makes anyone stay more focused on their goals, then heck, join the last week of the month :)

Congratulations!

It feels good! I'm struggling so bad with even getting started losing these last 10 pounds. I've only lost 1 pound in the past 3 weeks. :( Makes me sad.

At this rate, I'll never get my new bikini reward.
 
Same thing with me!! I only lost about a pound in the last 3 weeks. I even gained some!. But these last 10lbs are gonna be harder than the first, so we just have to work harder!

Okay I am here!!! T.O.M came to visit so I wanted to hold off on posting. But I said "What the Heck". It could be a better loss next week. SO here I am. But that's okay.. I am feeling good and still working out and eating Better! And of course Drinking my WATER!!!! Ya'll have a blessed day! Drink that WATER!

Hey good job peeps. :D The last 10 are hell! I have 5 left to lose but I have been stuck at 194 for 3 weeks! It has to be the eating. If I am not nearly perfect now I just don't lose.

Let me tell you about this week: Crazy busy in school. Had Taco Bell twice, ate other fast food the other days, lots of coffee (with lots of sugar...) barely worked out.. STILL lost 0.6lbs though! It's a miracle :)

I lost 4lbs this month. It might not be a loss of 4%, but I don't care! 4lbs is good enough for me!
