ALOHA everyone!

I've been waiting for someone to start an April Challenge thread so now I'm just gonna do it myself!

Copied from the March Challenge though... :)

Let's try to lose 1 percent of our body weight a week for the month of April!

Feel free to change the weigh-in dates to suit your needs.
Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can!

Copy & paste to your own post and update it weekly.

Very excited about this month! As my birthday is April 28th! It'll be my 'Golden Birthday' -- 28 years old on the 28th! Very excited! Once in a lifetime.

Joining a little late, hoping to lose about 5 lbs this month!!

Good luck to all of you! Come on girls! You have been kicking but every month and I see some of you are once again off to a great start. Good luck to the new guys too! Wish I was still losing 2 or 3 lbs per week!

I am not going to participate this month but it might end up being my best month yet since I will really be hitting the cardio hard for my upcoming triathlon. I'll chime in each week to see how ya'll are doing.

And come on JellyBelly! You can do it! :)

Well, Im stopping on by folks. How is everyone doing?? I'm doing good. I cut back on my protion size of meals. So I am sure I will loose. and I am still doing everyother day at the gym and doing my workouts and home. Hope you all have a Wonderful Easter and dont forget to DRINK YOUR WATER!
