4 miles - walking. What a great start of a day :)

Dead sums it up quite nicely. But apart from two tiny little blisters under the toes of my left foot, no pain, no ache, no nothing. I got a bit bored round 20+ miles, but my colleagues saved me with great stories. :)
If I hadn't done all the walking etc. to prepare for this it wouldn't have been that easy. Some people struggled quite a bit with muscle cramps and really bad blisters. All of us made it though, that's Finnish sisu for you. :D
So just KEEP WALKING MAL!
 
17 miles - bike. A hot, sweaty 17 miles I might add. ADW commences in a few.

Yes. I've already made life difficult for the automobile industry by now owning a car. Now I'm targeting the non-rail public transport. Who's next? Watch the coolest reality in the universe "Independence Through Muscle" to find out.. :p
